In a game where bloody, brutal and action oriented combat is held in such high regard, it seemed only natural for us at Funcom to make mounted combat equally as exhilarating. That meant going far beyond what other massive online games have done earlier. Check it out!

Brooding on a mountaintop, overlooking the Wild Lands, the ruins of the City of Burning Souls is a tainted place. The last vestiges of Acheronian magic still cling to the ruins, and few are foolhardy enough to risk the wrath of the spirits and demons within.

His given name was Dhurkhan Blackblade, a name that filled the hearts of men with fear and hate. His brutish biceps were thicker than a man's calves; his shoulders rose above a tall man's head. And Blackblade's ability to intimidate was more than physical, for he was Supreme Warlord of the Army of Acheron and brother of the dreaded Xaltotun.

This month we're featuring a video showing you the Sanctum of the Burning Souls. This so-called outdoor dungeon will take you through some of the darkest corners of Hyboria. Twisted, horrible, gruesome - not a pleasant place at all. But plenty of adventure!
